Shipping and Handling
Your order is typically processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 1 to 5 business days depending on your location.
We do not ship to PO boxes, to any locations outside the United States, or to any of the following states and territories:
Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
Returns
We accept returns for any of our products purchased within 30 days for any reason. If 30 days have passed since you placed an order, we typically do not offer returns, however we encourage you to reach out to our customer service at support@muellerliving.com we will always do our best to provide you with a fast and effective solution.
If you would like to request a return for a damaged or defective product, please contact us at the email address provided below within 30 days of the purchase date. For all damaged and/or defective products, we offer a prepaid return shipping label.
Once we receive confirmation that the product has been sent back to us, your refund will be immediately issued back to your original form of payment. Refunds may show up on your credit card up to ten (10) business days after we have initiated the refund.

Exchanges
